Is Power Save and stabilizer legal to use in home/office?
- Yes, Power Save is just an Electricity Stabilizer is a legal product in Malaysia and Singapore. It does not disturb your existing wiring system, therefore it is definitely legal.
Can Power Save be use in other countries with different voltage?
Yes.  Can be use in other countries that have an electricity supply of 110 to 130 VAC 60Hz or 220 to 240 VAC 50Hz

Where do we install this device?

Single-phase
For Single phase, just plug the Power Save into a 13-amps outlet after the circuit breaker and switch on the unit.

Three-phase
3 separate units are required for each phase; please refer the installation to a qualified electrician if you are not sure how to detect the correct power out let on each phase.

Does Power Save need any maintenance?
No. Power Save has an estimated life span of around 5 years.
How many units must I buy?

For normal home-circuit (Single Phase), you just need to purchase one unit. One unit will work for the whole house circuit.

As for three phase, you need three units of Power Save. One unit to be plug into each phase.

Any precautions while using Power Save?

Storage Temperature: 15 degree to 60 degree

Precautions

Although this device is insulated, but still can store electrical charge, avoid contact with Power Save, and wait for 10 seconds after the electrical supply is switched off before unplugging the socket.

The plug of power cord should not be shaken or simply removed; poor or loose contact should be avoided when the power is switched on.

Do not use on multi-purpose socket, it must be a stand alone plug in.

This device is not designed for heavy duty load or monthly consumption higher than 6000kwh.
